We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Chapter™ software for your personal or commercial book creation purposes. Your purchase includes one book credit as specified.

2. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate book content. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated content may require human review and editing.

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content for accuracy, originality, and compliance with applicable laws.

We do not guarantee the originality, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

You must ensure all published content complies with copyright laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

3. User Content and Data
When using our Service, you may provide information, ideas, and content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant us a license to process it through our AI systems to provide the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

You own the books you create using our Service.

We retain all rights to the Chapter™ software, algorithms, and proprietary processes.

Our brand names, logos, and trademarks remain our property.

5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to:

Generate content that violates laws or infringes third-party rights.

Create misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content.

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our proprietary algorithms.

6. Reseller License (Bonus #1)
If you receive the Reseller Profit License, you may offer book creation services to third parties using our software. You remain responsible for compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

7. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:

Specific results, income, or book sales.

That AI-generated content will be error-free, original, or suitable for publication

Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

That your book will achieve bestseller status or generate clients.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chapter™ and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, or reputational harm.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chapter™ from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your published books, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service for violation of these Terms.
